We are WCAG.eu, part of VoorMeerWaarde B.V. We provide research, training and advice in the field of digital accessibility.

We process personal data of everyone who uses this website. Naturally, we handle your personal data with care, safely and transparently.

Which personal data do we process?

When someone visits this website, we collect information about the visit. We collect your IP address, operating system, and the internet browser you use. We analyze this data for statistics and to improve our website. Read more about this in the cookie statement.

How do we protect your data?

How long do we keep your data?

We do not store your data longer than is really necessary. Then we will delete all the data we have about you. Or we only use your data anonymously, because it is needed for our financial accountability.

For backups we use a retention period of 6 weeks.

By law we are obliged to keep certain (personal) data for 7 years. For example the basic data from WCAG.eu for a general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable administration, sales administration and e-mails relating to business operations.

We only share your data with other parties if this is necessary for our services. We make agreements regarding this with these parties. We work with a hosting party and parties for our administration.

You always have the right to ask us what personal data we process about you and to have incorrect data adjusted or deleted.
