Who are we?

We are, part of VoorMeerWaarde B.V. We provide research, training and advice in the field of digital accessibility.

We process personal data of everyone who uses this website. Naturally, we handle your personal data with care, safely and transparently.

Which personal data do we process?

When someone visits this website, we collect information about the visit. We collect your IP address, operating system, and the internet browser you use. We analyze this data for statistics and to improve our website. Read more about this in the cookie statement.

When using one of our services, we ask for your personal data. You provide this directly to us via the website, e-mail or telephone.

We use this data for the following purposes:

  • To contact you if it is necessary for our services.
  • To notify you about changes to our services and products.
  • For sending test reports.

For this purpose we process the following personal data:

  • Full name and contact details of the contact person that you specify when requesting a quote.
  • E-mail address.

We only process personal data if you give your permission or because it is necessary for the performance of our services. If we process personal data on the basis of consent, the consent can always be withdrawn.

How do we protect your data?

We find it important that your privacy remains protected. We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing. These include measures such as encryption, database restrictions, pseudonymization, logging, and two-factor authentication.

We have an information security policy and maintain a register of processing activities, a consent register and a data breach procedure. This way we can demonstrate that we comply with privacy legislation.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not store your data longer than is really necessary. Then we will delete all the data we have about you. Or we only use your data anonymously, because it is needed for our financial accountability.

For backups we use a retention period of 6 weeks.

By law we are obliged to keep certain (personal) data for 7 years. For example the basic data from for a general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable administration, sales administration and e-mails relating to business operations.

With whom do we share your data?

We only share your data with other parties if this is necessary for our services. We make agreements regarding this with these parties. We work with a hosting party and parties for our administration.

We also use third parties for our services and to collect statistics. We are entitled to analyze visitor numbers and website use and use them as statistics. We only do this after data has been made anonymous. Read more about this in the cookie statement.

What are your rights?

You always have the right to ask us what personal data we process about you and to have incorrect data adjusted or deleted.
